Loyalty Program fails are becoming very common across several industries.

Well in my 15 years of experience, I have seen this happen so many times. Where companies launch a program, get excited then the loyalty program fails.

It happened with the biggest brands and most popular loyalty programs world wide.

Well part of me says it’s a natural development and evolution for something that once a new concept and loyalty managers were still learning.

But the other part of me which I believe in is it happened because lack of knowledge and expertise that led to major disastrous decisions and changes.
